ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days. This allows time for fine art printing, quality checks, and secure packaging. For original paintings, additional time may be needed for varnishing, drying, or preparation.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, through our secure checkout system.

SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping on all prints and original artworks. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Due to the nature of artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork. We’ll work with you to find a resolution.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

LIMITED EDITIONS

Limited edition prints are numbered, signed, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Once sold out, they will not be reprinted or restocked.

 

COMMISSIONS

Commissions are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in commissioning an original artwork, please get in touch via the Contact page to discuss your vision and requirements.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

All artworks — including original paintings, digital artworks, prints, and any images featured on this website or social media platforms — are the intellectual property of the artist, Delmaine Donson.

Purchasing an original or a print grants you ownership of the physical piece only, and does not include rights to reproduce, resell, license, or distribute the artwork in any form. This includes both personal and commercial use.

No artwork may be copied, scanned, edited, or reproduced without written permission from the artist. This applies to private collectors, commercial clients, and third parties.
